A few years ago, right out of college, I would spend an hour and a half multiple times a week, lifting heavy weights in a gym because I thought that was the only way to stay in great shape.
And while that does work, it’s not always convienient for our busy lives! These workouts are a combination of weighted strength exercises and body weight plyometric exercises that I’ve found to be the most effective and efficient way to get in and stay in your best shape.
