  1. If you’re thinking of starting your fitness journey, I really recommend this Guide. I have struggled with losing weight after having my son and I have followed Niki’s (@sugarysixpack) Instagram account for a while and I decided to give it a try. To be honest, I absolutely love it (finishing 21 weeks this week). First off, I could not be more grateful for Niki’s constant support. Her motivational Live videos on IG are inspiring and keep me going daily. They’re very informative as well. Her infectious smile and positive attitude are always making me want to workout. Her guide itself is very simple to follow and has a description of each move + videos of how to and videos to follow along and exercise with Niki. It teaches you how to do every move, so even if you’re a beginner, you’ll be great. You can increase the weights as you go along. It’s a pdf format so you can travel with it and do it anywhere, anytime. What sets this Guide apart from any others available online? Niki! She’s the most motivating person I’ve met on this journey. Always able to help you and answer all your questions. You won’t be disappointed!

  2. If you are looking to start a fitness journey that will actually get you results and get you healthy, I absolutely recommend The Get Fit Guide. I was one of those people that used to try out all of those fitness fads, diet pills, various diets, you name it. Nothing ever seemed to work or stick for me. I discovered Niki’s (sugarysixpack) instagram account around 2014 I believe. I started doing some of the workouts that she posted on there every now and then. I really enjoyed them and thought they were fun. The first guide I started doing of hers was the HIIT e-book and shortly after I was finished with the e-book, The Get Fit Guide made it’s first debut. It looked like a guide that was going to be challenging but fun. (Mind you, I was over 250 pounds at this point in my life and I didn’t eat the healthiest. I had little to no motivation for working out when I first found out about Niki’s workouts since nothing else seemed to work for me previously. ) Once I bought the guide and started doing it, I changed my eating habits and I saw real results. In less than a year after starting The Get Fit Guide, I lost over 100lbs and countless inches. I was fitting into clothes that I hadn’t worn in years. I bought the guide maybe a month after Niki released it and I have went through the guide again, and again. I have completed so many rounds of the guide that I can’t even keep track at this point! It is definitely one of those fitness programs that you can just keep re-using and you continue to see results! This guide really was a winner for me because I can do everything from the comfort of my own home. (Or you can do it at the beach, hotel, you know… anywhere you’d like! Just as long as you have some dumbbells! :D) There are so many benefits to this guide! Then there is Niki herself. She is an incredible person who is there to support you and cheer you on with your fitness journey! Her support and motivation makes it so much easier to keep your fitness journey going! She also has brought together a wonderful group of people on instagram who are all doing the guide and you get support from there as well! The community surrounding this guide, and the guide itself, is just amazing. Don’t take my word for it though! Check it out for yourself! You will be happy that you did. 😀 I promise!
